I have tried to purchase an online Tv program service via PayPal Credit account on XX/XX/2020 and the amount was {$390.00}. When I processed the payment, the online Tv program service provider`s website gave me an error message and they stated the payment was declined. Then I tried to do the payment with another credit card ( XXXX XXXX ). The process was completed and payment was received from the service provider. However, PayPal credit issued a charge as well. So I was charged twice for the same service. When I contacted the service provider, They stated that they were able to locate the payment with XXXX. However, they were not able to locate the PayPal Credit charge. I also received a written statement from the TV Service provider that they do not see any payment received from the PayPal Credit. I have disputed the transaction on the PayPal Credit account 4-5 times and faxed supporting documents ( Statement received from service provider and Credit card statement of XXXX XXXX to show the same charge for the same date ) each time. Also I talked with their customer service at least 20 times and spent almost 20 hours over the phone to explain the case. Unfortunately, all disputes were rejected and when I talked with the customer service ( Supervisors and Account managers ) to understand what was wrong with it, I had to explain the case from the beginning and they understood my case. But they told me that they can not do anything other than submit a new dispute and they blamed the PayPal Credit Dispute team and they advised me to submit a new dispute. Also, they stated that My supporting documents were not received. I have confirmation that the faxes that I sent were received. I also submitted supporting documents via their Secure message. Also, I mailed hard copy documents as well. But, there is NO WAY to confirm that the documents were received from their end. There is no way to communicate with someone who can solve my issue. This is the worst customer service that I have seen. It has been almost 10 months and they still reject my disputes without looking at supporting documents and ignoring my requests,. If you please help me to solve the issue, I will really appreciate it. Sincerely,
