I had a XXXX with a company named XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX which dissolved and transferred to a company called innovative Loan Servicing. i received a letter on XXXX XXXX that the loan would transfer and XXXX would be the last month that my payment could be made and beginning XXXX i would be making my payments to Innovative Loan servicing. On XX/XX/2021 i checked my credit accounts and Discovered that i had been marked with a 30 day late for the month of XX/XX/2021. I called innovative Loan servicing several times and waited on hold for well over an hour and a half but no one ever answered. I emailed the email on file and still have not received a response. I paid by XXXX payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX om XXXX XXXX as i have for the past XXXX XXXX years. I am in the middle of a purchase and this has impacted me as my score dropped to below XXXX from an XXXX this is unacceptable and i need this to be rectified immediately but no one ever answers the phone or responds to any of my attempts to reach the company. I am providing proof that my payment was accepted and withdrawn from my chase bank account on XXXX XXXX. I will also file complaints with all 3 credit Bureaus to make the corrections. I am beyond upset that this company would make such an error as i take pride on paying all my payments in a timely manner.
