All of my credit card payments post within 3-5 days with the exception of XXXX XXXX which is issued by Synchrony Bank. The payments are always due on the XXXX of the month. In XXXX, I mailed a check for {$29.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I had to make a {$29.00} online payment on XX/XX/XXXX to avoid late fees, and my check did not post until XX/XX/XXXX. My XXXX payment of {$29.00} was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX. Once again, I had to make a {$29.00} online payment on XX/XX/XXXX to avoid late fees because my check had not posted. Synchrony Bank is STILL assessing the blame on the Covid-19 pandemic, which is RIDICULOUS!!!! If all of my other payments are being posted within 3-5 days, then Synchrony Bank has an internal problem that needs to be resolved.
