Include dates : XX/XX/2021 amounts, and actions that were taken by you or the company : XXXX, all my cards it's paid in full each month and on-time This is ridiculous, i've been with citi over 20 years and have XXXX fico scored, always paid on-time and pay-in-full, i have total around XXXX credit with 3 cards combine, suddenly today i received a 3 letters saying all my account has been closed and don't give reason, have to write letter to the PO box address. This is so XXXX XXXX, what's going on? Anyone know what's going on? This is bad and not fair to consumer who has done nothing wrong and good credit. Can someone give me an answer? All my reward points can not redeemed too once it's closed according to the XXXX rude customer service.
