-Citibank offered an on line promotion for a {$700.00} bonus with a minimum deposit balance of {$50000.00} ( between checking and savings accounts ) maintained for sixty ( 60 ) consecutive calendar days. The offer period was XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. -I opened two accounts and received confirmation from Citi XXXX XX/XX/XXXX that my accounts were opened. The {$50000.00} I transferred to fund these accounts was reflected in Citi 's XXXX monthly statement. -After inquiring on XX/XX/XXXX why the {$700.00} bonus was not posted I received the attached letter dated XX/XX/XXXX noting this offer was only addressed to specific individuals. I was confused as this offer was available to the general public. -I documented this in the attached letter to Citi dated XX/XX/XXXX. I included the names of two employees whom I communicated with via Citi 's help chat. Both individuals confirmed the {$700.00} would be posted to my account ( but provided different posting dates XXXX. To date I have not received a reply from Citi. -I appreciate your assistance resolving this matter.
