On XX/XX/2021, I sent Collection Bureau Hudson Valley a debt validation letter in regards to an XXXX bill that they claim I allegedly owe. On XX/XX/2021 they sent to me by mail a copy of the bill from their client, XXXX XXXX, which under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 USC 1692g, is not the five ( 5 ) items that Congress says a debt collector must provide to me ( the consumer ). On XX/XX/2021 I sent a request to the credit reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX to have this account removed from my consumer report but the credit reporting agencies responded saying that Collection Bureau Hudson Valley certified that the information is accurate so the account will remain on my report. On XX/XX/2021 Collection Bureau Hudson Valley responded to my CFPB complaint and noted that they will request to have this account removed from my report within 30 days. 30 days later on XX/XX/2021, the account is still on my report and they are certify to the credit reporting agencies that this account is accurate.
