Hello, I applied for Chase Credit Sapphire Credit Card. I was promised - XXXX joining bonus points as part of the offer but its no honored. I am not getting any clear answer from the credit card company as well. This is purely fooling the customer. Bank Chase never gave receipt of the online application via email and via submitting it on its website. So there is no way i have proof to showcase that i signed up for the offer. This is a clear case of misleading and fooling customer so i can not fight back.
