On XX/XX/20 I purchased {$520.00} worth of XXXX XXXX via a website. When I tried to reach the company to receive shipping confirmation, I found out that the website was fraudulent. I immediately contacted the Bank issuing the credit card and disputed the charge. After a good amount of time passed, I received notice from the credit card company that my dispute could not be resolved could because the seller had provided tracking information. I later received a key chain from XXXX which has almost no value. I provided this information to the Card Issuer and was told a new dispute would be filed and the charges would be removed from my account. Once again I received a form letter from the Card Issuer saying my dispute could not be resolved because the item ( Key Chain ) was still in my possession. I have disputed this several times and was told each time that it would be resolved, only to receive the same form letter from the Issuer. I am a victim of fraud and the bank refuses to do anything further to help me.
