WE disputed a transaction, we received the item XXXX but it had missing parts, We told the company and they responded by saying we received the time, but we contacted PayPal, we told them we sent the item back. They refunded the money then later sent a letter in the mail saying we need to contact our credit card company. Paypal is under synchrony bank. That is who we pay each money. Below you will see the charge, They credit our account and took the money back. The company has their product we provided documentation that the item was sent back to the company.
