Consumer Narrative

On each billing statement from PayPal Credit, the post-due date grace period - when there is no late fee - is not clearly stated. Nor, is the exact amount of a late-fee for a payment made after the post-due date grace period clearly stated on the billing statement. I believe the presentation of the information regarding post-due date grace period and late fee amount is intentionally deceptive in order to increase the percentage of on-time payments from their customers. And, I believe this is something that violates our regulatory laws for credit providers.
