I changed bank accounts in XX/XX/2021. I signed up for automatic debit with AES twice. They have not been sending the payments through to my bank. I have made two months of payments using the same checking account. I have two loans and have made a total of 4 payments. AES will not take care of the problem which is on their side of the transaction obviously if I have successfully made payments 4 times with the exact same checking account. I have called and complained several times with no results. They keep calling and harassing me for payment as well as both of my senior parents. This is not acceptable to harass someone who has made on-time payments despite their inability to process a transaction. I am attaching documentation showing the harassing emails for bills that have already been paid, emails proving I filled out the auto-debit twice, and emails showing that the payments have been made successfully using the same checking account.
