on XX/XX/XXXX I was a victim of an armed robbery In XXXX XXXX My wallet and my phone were taken from me. The police were called but did not show up and I got on the plane to fly home, the credit cards were used and all but Bank of America credited the charges back. They sent me a letter because the chip was verified I was responsible It a total of 6 charges for {$860.00}. I even sent them a copy of my airline ticket that shows I was in Nebraska when the cards were used and they still denied my claim
