Sir.The prize amounted $ XXXXUsd was said that in my name and contac to the bank of america.After the contacted them they had send me prize winning certificate.I don't know who issued that certificate and the certificate are true or not.But according to those certificate issued in my name I had claimed the winning prize.But they said that first to pay the transfer and processing charged amounted to {$1700.00} Usd.I refused to pay and asked them to transfer me the amount deducting the transfer fees.But they said the prize couldn't be deductible because of uno security reason and insurance protection.so the fund is still in hold or what was the actual reason.? Now they are telling me they are going to return it in government unclaimed fund.So what was the actual reason and what should I do to achieve that prize amount if that is real and genuine .Thank you
