On XX/XX/2021 I submitted paperwork to agree to a deferral after I had previously participated in a Covid payment forebearance program. I submitted all forms and appropriate payment. This payment was withdrawn from my checking account at Bank of America on the XXXX but not applied to my mortgage. Currently my account shows a late fee for XXXX and no payments have been applied although the statement clearly shows Unnapplied funds for 2 payments timely made. I have made numerous calls to Bank of America Mortgage and each time I am reassured the account will update in a few days. NOTHING EVER GETS DONE. This has been going on for the entire month of XXXX and nobody, no matter how polite they reassure me something will get done, nothing gets credited. They certainly were able to get the money from my checking account however.
