On XX/XX/2021, I wired from, XXXX XXXX to Chase Bank, both are my accounts an amount of {$16000.00}. The wire was returned for no reason, so on XX/XX/XXXX, I resent the wire between accounts and the amount was once again declined for no reason. I have made several phone calls between Chase and XXXX XXXX, who continue to say " Oh its coming ... '' First I was told the XXXX of XXXX, did not happen. Then told XXXX of XXXX did not happen. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and Chase has still not returned the wire sent from XXXX XXXX. Chase has failed to inform me of the status of the wire and does not give direct answers to my questions. I have been blatantly lied to by Chase representatives through this process about the availability of the founds and when they would post. It has now been over a week and my money is still in limbo.
