I AM XXXX XXXX and this is not an unauthorized third party!! XXXX furnished false and misleading collection accounts on my consumer report. I first noticed them on XX/XX/2021, I immediately called the collection account companies to dispute the accounts by asking why they were reporting to my consumer report. The agent from the collection company gave me the name of owner of the account with the last 4 digits of the social security number. The account belonged to my father XXXX XXXX XXXX who has been deceased for 2 years. I gave them my social security number and they said that they never reported any information to XXXX and i needed to dispute the account with them. I disputed the account with XXXX and they deleted the fraud account immediately because they had irresponsibly placed it there at my expense! I am a federally protected consumer and I have been violated pursuant 15 United States Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 United States Code 1681b ( 2 ). According to 15 United States Code 1681n civilly liable for damages to the consumer. Because of this false and misleading reporting, I sustained injury by being turned down for credit approvals and I paid higher interest rates on all consumer credit transaction post collections reporting by consumer reporting agency. I will begin litigation if i'm not compensated for my injuries.
