I HAD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON MY CREDIT ACCOUNT IT CAUSED MY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I WAS WAS CLOSING MY ACCOUNT I ASKED THAT PERSON TO TRANSFER MY POINTS MONEY {$1900.00} TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. AFTER TWO MONTHS WHEN I REALISED THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE MONEY I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE SUPERVISOR AND AFTER A WEEK I RECEIVED A LETTER THAT MY REQUEST WAS DENIED, THEN I CALLED AGAIN AFTER THEY DENIED MY REQUEST. LAST TIME WHEN I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEY SAID MY REQUEST IS GETTING DENIED BECAUSE THERE IS NO ERROR BY THE BANK. I REQUESTED THE MY OWN RECORDING THEY SAID I HAVE TO GO THROW COURT. I FEEL LIKE IT'S NOT FAIR FOR SOMEONE ELSE 'S MISTAKE AND CAUSED ME TO LOSE A BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY.
