My husband and I noticed that our bills where not being paid also late fees were doubled and there was a shadow account charging our account we had XXXX that was deposited into our account, this was money awarded to my husband from the VA, we tried to square things out with Key Bank but they refused to help us and even called the police on us. Moreover, we are fed up there was XXXX dollars the bank allowed someone to withdraw from our account. In ending, when we tried the go over our account with the bank they simply avoided us.
