On XX/XX/2021 around XXXX I received a text supposedly from the BOA fraud alert in which someone tried to XXXX themselves {$3100.00} from my bank! So I said NO Then someone from Bank of America Frauds department called, same exact number. Said someone tries to send money out of my XXXX app. I got suspicious so I hung up on him but then he called me from Bank of America official phone number. Then he said to recover the funds, I need to XXXX myself, my OWN phone number, the {$3100.00} and the Bank of America supervisor will refund it immediately and it'll go back into my account. The scammer said its because XXXX is a third party. Then after that happened I asked for his name again and he hung up on me. So I called the exact Bank of America frauds department number XXXX same exact number ) and they told me that they don't have a record of that call!! The calls were SPOOFED. So I filed a claim with Bank of America and XXXX and they BOTH said they'll get back to me within 10 days-90days but it's not guaranteed they can recover the {$3100.00}. The name on the XXXX was XXXX. It was unauthorized and fraudulent!! I also reported it to XXXX Police : Case number : XXXX I heard that XXXX was a third party from a BOA associate when I called to check on the status of my claim today XX/XX/2021 at XXXX
