Consumer Narrative
I have been receiving COVID-19 payment assistance from Chase Mortgage, which has been very helpful. I received a letter stating that the assistance was ending XX/XX/2021, and that if I needed additional assistance, I needed to call ( XXXX ) XXXX. I need an additional extension of this assistance. When I called this number, I would be put on hold for five minutes, and the automated system would then say that the lines were too busy, and automatically hang up. I have been attempting to call for over a week now, and it is very frustrating. How can I reach someone to request an extension of my assistance? I am really worried because the deadline is tomorrow.
