Fed-loan servicing They mentioned my debt was {$27000.00} total loan they classified, when it was really {$24000.00} Mr. XXXX mentioned benefits will help with credit report. Mr. XXXX offered benefits to Prevent government from garnishments Make 4 payments of XXXX per month. First payment is XX/XX/XXXX. After those 4 payments were made, the rest of my debt would be granted. Original contact information : XXXX Representative / Account manager XXXX XXXX Manager ID # XXXX client care email : XXXX General Inquiry : XXXX Website : XXXX XXXX Cell That he texted me on was XXXX XXXX represented himself as a representative from the department of education. He had two separate companies that he was apparently working for. First was Fed-Loan Servicing, and second was XXXX XXXX XXXX. He would not give me any confirmation email about the status, and the details of our conversation until he received a method of payment. I received a code, and I provided it to him, and later I found out that the code gave him access to all of my financial aid benefits through FAFSA and XXXX. I'm afraid he has my banking information and social security number.
