We have bought our first home in XX/XX/XXXX FHA with On Q Financial. Unfortunately, we got sick in XX/XX/XXXX and was out of work for two month and a half. We were out from XXXX, XXXX and mid XX/XX/XXXX. As soon as we told out employers they told us we couldn't come back to work until we tested negative. That was back in mid XXXX, but during that time we contacted On Q financial and told them the situation and submitted proof that we tested positive of XXXX, They told us to apply for the COVID program, were they required for us to submit and application and proof of income and other documentations in order to get approved. I started the paper work in end of XXXX before we get behind but, it was a back a forward with they about the paper work. I could never get answer as of what other documentation they needed and why they needed it for. All they would message me was that i was missing document until sometime in XXXX if am wrong we got a letter that we got denied. but during all that time we became behind on our mortgage 3 months. Which is what we currently behind, we have been paying but it been hard to catch up with since are also behind on other stuff. ( car, insurance, bills ) but we are doing our best to get back on our feet.
