To whom it may concern, I have a XXXX XXXX account that's charged off on my report that doesn't belong to me. I have no knowledge of the account and when I ask them to prove to me that it's my account, they're unable to but yet they still won't delete it from my report. I have spoken to the credit bureaus several times and normally when I call XXXX XXXX, I'm unable to speak with someone. I even hired a credit repair specialist to get the account removed and still, nothing! Recently a representative from Collection Bureau Hudson Valley called to speak with me regarding the account and I told them that I have no knowledge of the account. He stated that I needed to mail or email them a letter stating this and told me that emailing the company will get me a quicker response. I emailed the company on XX/XX/XXXX and still has not heard anything back regarding this matter. Per my credit report, the account was opened XX/XX/XXXX and charged off XX/XX/XXXX with a past due balance of {$120.00} and a total balance of {$280.00}. No payments has ever been made on the account because I do not believe in paying for anything that I'm not responsible for.
