On XX/XX/2021, I sent CITI a letter informing them of their insufficient responses, lacking the necessary and required documentation to several billing errors I disputed on my credit card statement. Notice is attached. Citi failed to provide any of the necessary documents with the merchant responses or ask for further information requests. The letter failed to provide the detailed description card furnishers are required to provide or notification of, and, the merchant 's response. To date Citi has failed to supply many required documents per the cardmember agreement, Fair Credit Billing Practices Act, and the VISA dispute resolution process. By denying this claim without completing and complying with your contractual and legal obligations, CITI is committing multiple violations. The remedy for these violations is CITIs inability to collect on this debt.
