I was approved for a FHA XXXX fix up loan of XXXX. From PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE XXXX XXXX PA. I never asked for it although they seemed very helpful and wanting to give to me. They have all my bank statements of 7 months up to date last week along with taxes for 3 years. My credit was good XXXX and they knew from beginning I was contract labor. 15 years same company in fla to move to same company in Nj. I have plenty for down payments and move. Paid inspector etc. To then add Mom to loan to all being better and sent to underwriter. All good. We have a contingency contract with my place on a place in nj. 60 days to close. Now 30 to pull my credit and Mom 's again 3 days ago along with bank statements to that day. Told all good to ne t day dropped. Telling me I need to have paychecks and rent in nj for 6 months first.?? Contract labor?? From beginning known I paid off moms XXXX dollar loan for this and almost XXXX car note they wanted to tell me this. Im beside myself. They dropped my credit points low from repulling to dump me. I emailed corporate to them tell me I'm contract labor stuff again. No kidding. They knew from beginning. I have a work letter new job. But I live in fla. Hello. This is outrageous. Has left me searching for a loan to hopefully get my dream house back home. please help. Sincerely XXXX XXXX. I have all dates etc. Anything you need. Don't use PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE
