I have submitted all the requested information over 30 days ago and they will not provide a closing date or even a window of time for closing. My contact tells me it is in for final approval but can not give me a firm date or any other information. They have been extremely slow to respond and I suspect they are slowing the process deliberately. I asked several times to speak to someone in management but they refuse. XXXX XXXX has ignored my calls and emails and XXXX XXXX has been much more responsive however after multiple attempts to get a closing date they just give me the same answer and tell me there is nothing they can do. I am loosing significant interest savings every month that goes by without closure. I have good credit, income and there are no blemished on my financial track record. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service and attention this has received.
