On XX/XX/2021 My Pay Pal account was charged for {$89.00} from a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called and complained and they denied my claim due to the fact that they said I had agreed to the charge and that is not true. I am XXXX and a veteran having served overseas for our country and my wife passed in XXXX and this bothers me so much. I got a denial with the address where I could make a final appeal and I did so. They never even answered me. So I called the credit card company for Pay Pal and cancelled my account and cut up the card. There was an email that said " download or cancel '' and I clicked on cancel. I didn't even know what they were selling. This is elderly abuse and I will tell you that Pay Pal is paying anyone that says they have money coming because there was no checkout to a point about paying or anything. I am on Social Security and cannotr afford this bill. The credit card company Syncrony told me I should pay it to keep myself out of collection while I was waiting so I did. Please help me with this as I am feeling totally used.
