Santander Consumer USA has not provided me with the legal documents I need to prove the validity of this account. I have asked them several times to provide a signed contract to prove this account is mine. The last certified letter went out on XX/XX/2021. Still waiting for a response. If the other responses to my inquiries are any indication, I will not get any validation for this alleged account. My reputation, credit report status, and future income opportunities have been permanently damaged because of this account! I can not get a car, house or credit card because of this mess. I am ready to go to court regarding this account if nothing happens at this point that would alleviant this situation!
