This is not typical transaction history for my account. I made a police report with XXXX PD Rpt # XXXX, Det. XXXX is investigating this and has served legal orders on XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Bank of America, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Det. XXXX has information on the subpoena 's proving that is was not me who made this transactions. I have filed a complaints with Bank of America and with the XXXX against the Bank, all of the complaints have been closed without any action being taken.
