Hi, I went to citibank branch at the atm to withdraw some cash on XX/XX/2021 around XXXX noon. I put in my card and requested to withdraw XXXX XXXX. The Atm froze not just for me but for everyone who that there on that moment doing transactions. We all freaked out and went inside to ask why it's frozen and why our cards are locked. Nobody came out of the office to help.The next minute the ATM went from being frozen to saying " Out of Service please try later '' it gave me my card back but the XXXX never came out of the atm. no receipt got printed and I got debited into my account for the withdraw. I went inside of the branch and asked to speak to a manager to get my money back and she said " I can't do anything from here you have to call the number on the back of your card. Anything related to atms we don't deal with that. ". I did reach out and was told a complaint was filed and my money is not back still and I still am missing money. I'm missing XXXX which the atm never put out and citibank clearly as stolen money from me and are refusing to show any help. This bank is fraudulent and a bank of this sort should not exist. Money gets taken out of my account no cash is out and they are gon na tell me they can't do anything about it? ATM ID : XXXX ATM Location : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY, XXXX Date : XX/XX/2021 Time : XXXX Amount : {$290.00} I will be following legal actions about my stolen money from citibank . The manager at the branch literally did nothing and I got no help whatsoever but my money is still taken from my account but they told me they couldn't do anything about it.
