UPDATE : Submitted a complaint about Chase credit cards that I've closed and never requested replacement cards for and frivolous charges from XXXX. They have closed both XXXX & XXXX and opened a new card ending XXXX in lieu of the XXXX card. A card I've never had in my possession, will never see, nor requested. They wrote because accounts were reported lost/stolen. A lie!!!! I simply closed both accounts due to frivolous activities that I had to pay for that I wasn't responsible for. They are maliciously closing/opening accounts/false reporting to the credit bureau ( s ) to hurt my credit which is excellent. Chase should be investigated as I believe they are not good for business.
