GM Financial Account # 's XXXX and XXXX These accounts should not be reporting any late payments. I have always made my payments on time. The vehicle was turned into the dealer and the loan as paid off late but was the dealerships fault. Letter from the dealership is attached. I should not be penalized and this is preventing me from getting the credit I deserve. Remove the late payments right away!
