On XX/XX/2021 I spent numerous hours on the phone between Bank of America, XXXX XXXX and XXXX attempting to rectify misinformation about the discrepancies in reporting on : 1. Bank of American non-reporting on payments and with reporting that doesn't reflect accuracy of bank statement balance vs credit reporting to XXXX XXXX XXXX. 2. XXXX reporting on XXXX. Currently my credit score went fromXXXX to XXXX and I was told it resulted from two hard inquiries of reach I secured XXXX more in credit from XXXX. The second inquiry was made by XXXX XXXX whom made a one time credit inquiry based on securing a home load. Both inquiries was made two weeks apart and should not have resulted in a 43 point drop in my credit score. I was informed that the 2 hard credit inquiries, negative payments and lack of information on my home mortgage was resulting factors in a 43 point drop on my credit score. I do not meet the criteria for either of the listings for the drop in my credit report. I have a case number for Bank of Americas dispute and a pending dispute with XXXX on state items. In addition, I am a paid credit card monitoring member through XXXX and I have attained no help with resolving these matters on neither a pre or post basis of changes in my score and for its reasoning. The paid membership appears to be unassisted in its duties as outlined in the product service policy.
