I filed a complained here couple months back about XXXX XXXX on behalf of Synchrony on accounts closed since 2019 and XXXX harassing my child and as of today XXXX is harassing me again with claims of financial fraud. As a result of my last complaint Synchrony wrote a letter that details all my activities with them and that states XXXX Should have never keep trying to collect on Accounts closed in 2019 and that Synchrony will send them that letter so they can fix and stop their illegal collection. Unfortunately XXXX closed the dispute without addressing the fact that XXXX was wrong and XXXX is moving full speed tarnishing my name despite the overwhelming evidence clearing my name.
