I refinanced for a lower interest rate with Quicken Loans and have asked to have paper statements mailed to me and they refuse to mail them out before the XXXX of each month. My mortgage payment is due on the first of the month and I usually dont receive it till almost the last day of the month, so by the time I mail my check and they receive it I am running into the that 2 week grace period. I have asked several times if my statement can be mailed out sooner and they always adamantly refuse. I left for vacation on XX/XX/XXXX and had still not received XXXX statement. I called to make a credit card payment over the phone and they refused it. I was forced to give them my personal banking information in order to make a payment so I wouldnt have a late payment. I feel like that is wrong. I feel I shouldnt have to do that nor should I have to go thru the stress every month waiting on my statement which doesnt come until almost the end of every month so Im constantly in that 2 week grace period wondering if they have received my check. Ive had several different mortgage companies over the years and have never had any issues on receiving my statements in a timely fashion. I dont feel asking for my statement to be mailed to me sooner so I can make my payment on time ( not in the 2 week grace period ) is not an unreasonable request. I would appreciate any help from you in resolving this matter. I have since returned from vacation on XX/XX/XXXX and have still not received XXXX statement.
