XX/XX/XXXX. Fraud early warning system went into effect and blocked an important purchase I was attempting to make in the amount of {$1800.00}. All three representatives I spoke to including a supervisor refused to lift the block on the account despite having provided them with the correct account information and security questions information. The supervisor even said 'he didn't blame me ' when I told him that I would be reporting Citibank to the CFPB. This company is deplorable with the worst and most antiquated policies. Phone numbers should not be the only means of determining card ownership. I am tired of going through this with them. I want the credit score restored from the time before they pulled a credit check in XX/XX/XXXX. I hate this company and want my credit restored at once.
