Sometime in XXXX of 2021 Bank of America placed me in a loan Forbearance program without my consent. They sent paperwork for me to sign which I declined. I submitted the XXXX & XXXX payments electronically on the acct as always but the payments remained as " Unapplied Funds ''. I was concerned about the unapplied payments on the account and called in several times. I was told a request had been generated to remove me from the program and apply my payments. On XX/XX/XXXX - Over two weeks after the XXXX payment and 8 days after the XXXX payment the payments were applied. Despite the problem having been created by Bank of America they reported my account as late to the credit agencies and my credit score fell by 74 points. I have requested Bank of America correct the record with the credit agencies and I'm only being told they are reviewing that request.
