USAA will not allow me to access my accounts unless I answer their survey wanting my employment information, income and net worth. I can no longer look at my accounts, pay bills or even deposit checks. I wonder if this is even legal. Ive spoken with an assistant out of the CEOs office and theyre standing firm, give them my information or get cut off.
