Consumer Narrative

Reference : Homedepot credit card serviced by Citi Bank Without warning they lowered my credit limit. They lowered the amount immediately before the 6months interest free terms expired. The added interest and forced fees placed me over my new limit and caused more " over limit '' fees. I attempted to contact Citi bank ; they were unwilling to discuss this poor practice. I am sure that others have experienced the same issue. I am now always over my limit due to added fees even when paying their " minimal '' stated payment.
