XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a more than 4 year old account that has never been validated, is past the statute of limitations, was charged off by the creditor and taken as profit and loss account by the original creditor. The original account was for Citibank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX employing unethical tactics such as re-aging the account. This should be shown as a charge off. They show monthly late payments over 90 days each and every month to make the account look currently late each month which is only an attempt to do the most harm to my credit. It is purposely inaccurate and is a misrepresentation ( XXXX v. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have contacted XXXX requesting validation, and informed them of their errors but they ignored my requests and my disputes. They made no attempt to validate, correct or stop during a dispute period. Instead they show on the report that they opened a collection XX/XX/XXXX and that it was last active XX/XX/XXXX with late payments made every single month since XX/XX/XXXX when no payments have ever been made.
