Pursuant to FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681i, I am requesting that XXXX not furnish any information about me concerning my credit file. I believe the information for Bank of America, Account Number XXXX XXXX XXXX is a result of identity theft ; thus, please stop reporting information about me to consumer reporting agencies. Please be advised that I am a victim of identity theft. My wallet has been stolen on several occasions and my information has been leaked in a data breach. Following these events, someone used my name, Social Security number, date of birth, and other identifying information, without my authority, to commit fraud on behalf of Bank of America, Account Number XXXX XXXX XXXX. As has been noted, an investigation is supposed to involve reviewing documents, researching facts, interviewing witnesses, or comparing handwriting. During my previous dispute process, XXXX XXXX did NOT conduct a meaningful examination of the underlying facts, which is a mere violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. XXXX XXXX employees are no more than data entry clerks in the dispute and investigation process. XXXX XXXX did NOT properly review any documents, research facts, or interview any witnesses, such as family, associates and/or neighbors. I am requesting that all information about me and my accounts remain private. I want my name, address and credit data excluded from your marketing lists. In accordance with the requirements of the FCRA, I am hereby requesting your complete compliance with any and all of the provisions. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from some debt collectors. All of the debt collection agencies are committing actions that are prohibited by law. It is my understanding that debt collectors may not harass, oppress or abuse debtors or any third parties they contact. I have also been threatened to be taken to court if I do not pay these debts. These phone calls are completely oppressive, harassing, and burdensome. I hereby demand that you immediately delete the item from my credit report in order to avoid legal action. I am submitting this complaint separately to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Attorney General 's Office, and the XXXX
