A collection appeared on my credit report from security credit services in midXXXX. I have never received anything from them regarding this collection. I have called them every single day beginning XX/XX/XXXX in order to attempt to get them to verify the debt. They have yet to answer the phone & I have left a voicemail each day requesting that they return my call. They have yet to do so. I have also sent a letter, dated XX/XX/XXXX and have yet to receive a response. It is unfair that this is on my credit report when the company is making it impossible to verify and/or resolve the debt.
