I filed a complaint with this company before and I got a letter from them about the issue and now I have a new issue involving making payments. I logged in to pay off my credit card last month. Instead of the payment going through on that date, they posted the payment date as XX/XX/XXXX. It was showing in pending payments. So, I thought it would go through on Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX. I made sure I had enough funds in my checking account to cover the payment. The payment never went through. I went back to the website and the pending payment is gone and it shows I never made a payment so now I am late which means they can charge me a late fee. This is the issue I had before with this company. This company is fraudulent and actions should be taken. Actions need to be taken.
