Consumer Narrative

There is no valid option available for my complaint, but I was directed to cfpb from the ftc website on this issue. When communicating with Key 2 Recovery, Inc, they directed me to their website XXXX which accepts customer information without use of https, TLS, or any other form of transport encryption which violates PCI DSS requirements. When I attempted to notify the merchant directly, the representatives were rude, refused to field my question, and did not escalate my call to a manager.
