My name is MXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have held a Citibank account for a couple of years now. Recently, there has been unauthorized withdrawals, reversals and evident banking calculation errors. I do not have co signers on the account and individuals working for Citibank request entire card numbers, account numbers, my entire social security # XXXX, address and maiden names to FIX their deliberate banking calculation errors. Citibank blames their system and a representative XXXX whom always picks up my line XXXX claims " it's my man, it's my name or starts yelling incessantly, or why is he with you and not me! '' Recently XX/XX/2021 the erratic representative named XXXX picked-up the line for Citibank and reversed {$89.00} for an incidental stay on XX/XX/2021 at an XXXX. XXXX claimed the woman, hence I, was dead. I told XXXX I was not dead and do have an ACTIVE Citibank account. Furthermore, I did not authorize the reversal of the {$89.00} and a woman named XXXX gave me a 21 digit complaint number for account THEFT. Then today XXXX my card was overcharged by {$3.00}. The representative XXXX and XXXX requested that I provide them sensitive information to gain access to my account. Citibank sent and email stating that XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX were Citibank frauds. Please help Citibank correct and hire reputable account calculation managers. I Ms. XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX am currently a guest in XXXX Florida XXXX. My number is XXXX if you would like to reported the fraudulence of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX posing as Citibank workers to the federal bureau of investigation or the authorities.
