Please remove the late payments still showing on my credit report from MACYS/DSNB. I believe the credit was they citibank at the time the servicing errors were made but it is showing dsnb on the report. XX/XX/2017, XX/XX/2017, and XX/XX/2017 late payments currently showing on credit reports needs corrected and removed. I am also currently impacted by covid19. This is old debt and is no longer collectible due to the statute of limitations. Also the amounts were wrong and inflated. I tried for several months at the time to correct this with the phone team. However they got real mean and refused offer a remedy to the situation. Placing me on long holds and even shouting at me when they asked my political affiliation and I mentioned trump. They really got malicious with the hold time and then sabotaged the account with fees. The fair debt collection practices act was not followed at all. It is shameful the XXXX year olds who work in these call centers. They are all so XXXX and XXXX, totally inept. Please remove all derogatory reporting for all credit reports and mail me a letter confirming this as well. Please remove all the late payments that were reported. Do this for XXXX, XXXX and transunion. I recorded some calls for court and saved all the documents. Please do the above in a timely fashion to avoid civil lawsuits. XX/XX/2017, XX/XX/2017, and XX/XX/2017 late payments currently showing on credit reports needs corrected and removed.
