Consumer Narrative

I, Consumer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, entered into a consumer credit transaction with Bank of America, N.A. on XX/XX/2021. I went to exercise my federally protected consumer rights and asked Bank of America to validate the debt and cease communication. None of which occurred and now they have reported negatively on my consumer report which prohibits me as the head of my house to provide for my family. They continue to violate my federally protected consumer rights as if they do not exist and even went as far as claiming that they do not fall under FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practice Act ). If that was true I wouldn't have received statements via USPS that said this is an attempt to collect a debt. It is truly sad that they deceive other consumers at such a high degree in an attempt to coerce payment. I will be pursuing litigation for violating my consumer right to privacy and embarrassing me on my consumer report, my reputation, by reporting to the consumer reporting agencies a transaction/experience between myself and Bank of America, N.A. that should have never been furnished in the first place pursuant to 15 USC 1681a. ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ). In good faith I offered Bank of America, N.A. an opportunity to cure for default and they disregarded and in return reported negatively to my credit report
