Its Netspend by XXXX, my card and phone were stolen and I lost {$2300.00} out of my account i followed the steps filed a police report canceled my card and provided all requested documentation for my claim and not even 8 days I received a denial letter they hadnt even received my police report over the mail yet. Iam covered by the guidelines of the fdic and Netspend is refusing to help
