On XX/XX/21 at XXXX XXXX, I deposited {$380.00} cash of XXXX {$100.00} bills and 4 {$20.00} bills into the ATM, then the ATM confirmed the {$380.00} amount and then the message that " processing transaction '' took about 5 minutes and then it said that this ATM was out of service and gave me back my debit card but not my {$380.00} and no receipt either. I called the number on the ATM but they said that my {$380.00} would be on hold for 2 to 5 business days while the claim was being researched. This is unfair that they can't provision me the {$380.00} as credit until they fix their broken ATM machine.
