Since 2019 I have called repeatedly to close my account with XXXX XXXX and they refuse to stop drafting my account. ( 15 USC 1692f ) says this is a violation. Also there is a civil Liabialty ( remedy ) ( 15 USC 1692k ) Where there is in fact a remedy for my losses wages. SCRA Civil relief act says. That I am able to terminate any and all contracts due to me being a service member. After numerous attempts to communicate with my bank as well as XXXX XXXX. I was advised by a military Jag Officer to file a complain here.
